Joel, co-owner of Lighthouse Realty Group, began his real estate career in 2015 with a passion for design, building, craftsmanship, and uncovering hidden potential. From flipping properties to building a strong rental portfolio, he developed a deep, hands-on understanding of residential real estate and investment strategy.

As a licensed Class A contractor as well, Joel brings an added layer of expertise to his work—offering clients insight not just on market value, but also on the structural and design potential of every property. His sharp eye, attention to detail, and commitment to quality have earned him a reputation for trusted guidance and results-driven service.

Outside of work, Joel enjoys repairing and modifying cars, camping, backpacking, and spending time with his family and their camper. This mix of professional experience and personal passion fuels Lighthouse Realty Group’s mission: to provide thoughtful, honest, and expert support at every step of the real estate journey.
